- Operations Manager
Kameron Khazeni's background is in residential construction and development with an emphasis on green building. Upon receiving his Economics degree from the University of Oregon, he went directly into the construction of a self-sustainable luxury vacation home. Upon completion, Kameron ventured into an operations manager position for Novin Group LLC, a local land development firm. After another successful tenure, Kameron ventured into production-home building where he worked for Buena Vista Homes. At this firm Kameron managed the construction of several local subdivisions, and worked with the V.P. of Quality Management on customer service efficiency. In 2007, Kameron left to take over as operations manager at Azoya LLC.

Tom's career in real estate gives him a solid background in residential, multifamily, and commercial construction. His rich history of project and operation managment has resulted in a consistent stream of building success. Recently, Tom and family have been residing in Bend and Portland maintaining projects both in and around the metropolitan area and throughout the high-desert vacation communities.

Mike Davis is a construction project manager and estimator with a background in telecom and residential construction. After receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Texas, Mike worked for Fortune 500 companies acquiring and managing fiber optic construction. Since his transition into the residential construction industry 7 years ago, he has managed to complete over 12 subdivisions, building 154 single and multifamily homes in Oregon and Washington. Mike also has remodeling and restoration experience working on multiple residential and commercial projects, including the Whole Foods stores in Bridgeport and Tanasbourne.
- Project Craftsman
Matt's experience runs from a rich-history of family craftsman and is evident in his hands-on project management approach. His carpenter abilities are synonymous with perfection, resulting in his work continually becoming masterpieces.
